About Aaron Velek

Aaron Velek is a dedicated strategy execution leader with extensive experience in directing PMOs, coaching leaders and teams in OKRs, and leading enterprise-level OKR programs. He is driven by his passion for helping teams achieve their goals in today’s fast-paced business environment. Aaron and his family call Boerne, TX home, embracing outdoor adventures like kayaking, hiking, and camping in their spare time.

3+ years OKR coaching experience in financial services, fintech, technology, and manufacturing sectors.
100+ OKR coaching engagements with leaders and teams in human resources, product, marketing, DEI, and c-suite.
Led two enterprise OKR program deployments at Omega Engineering and SVB to over 1,000 practitioners and 150 teams.
