Aaron Velek is the founder of Square 1 Strategies and a dedicated strategy execution leader with over 20 years of experience. He has successfully directed PMOs, coached leaders and teams in OKRs, and led enterprise-level OKR programs that have transformed organizations. Aaron is passionate about driving meaningful change and helping teams achieve their strategic goals in today’s fast-paced business environment.

  • Certified OKR Coach, Scrum Master, and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
  • 15+ years in project management and PMO leadership
  • 5+ years of strategic planning and OKR coaching in SaaS, technology, finance, startup, and manufacturing business sectors.
  • Successfully completed 100+ OKR coaching engagements.
  • Led two large-scale enterprise OKR program deployments at Omega Engineering and Silicon Valley Bank.
